Need help funding planning, conservation, restoration or capacity building?
NEMO works closely with several funding programs to provide communities with linked technical assistance, educational workshops and funding for locally-supported initiatives to ensure well-planned growth, preserve water quality and/or protect natural areas.
NEMO works directly with the National Fish & Wildlife Foundation's Chesapeake Bay Small Watershed Grants Program, Maryland DNR's Coastal Community Initiative, and the Chesapeake Bay Trust. Through these programs, communities can request funding and NEMO assistance simultaneously.
